An AI bot request is any request from a verified AI crawler (GPTBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, etc.) that passes through SigilEdge. Human visitor traffic is not counted against your quota.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, we'll continue serving optimized content and simply bill overage at the same per-request rate. No service interruption.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a free pilot program for all new customers. During the pilot, you get full access to Professional tier features for 14 days with up to 50K AI requests.
